TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

COMBO 13.40 is the perfect equipment for big quantities of refuse collection.

It's composed of two different and separate equipment.

The rear compactor is composed of:

• Main body made up in high quality steel ST52.2 It has a reinforced structure with "C" profiles and curved side walls;

• Ejection plate that moves thanks to a double effect hydraulic cylinder with different sliding sections;

• Rear tailgate with perfect watertight, with 2mc hopper capacity, made up in HARDOX 450 thickness 8mm;

• Compaction system with carriage and plate made up in steel quality HARDOX 450;

• Safety struts for maintenance and cleaning operations with raised tailgate;

• Rear hydraulic bin lifter with:

o Comb attack for simultaneously lifting of two bin of 120/240/360 liters;

o Din 30700 arms for lifting of containers of 770/1100 liters with flat and tilting cover;

• Electric system made with programmed PLC, engine PTO, pumps, distributors, safety valves and hydraulic cylinders;

• Two rotating orange beacons;

• One working lamp for night working;

• Mudguards and splashguards;

• Control panel placed on the right side of the equipment where to start compaction cycles (automatic continuous, semi-automatic and manual cycle for every single phase of the carriage and the plate;

• 2 control panels placed on the left side of the equipment for the tailgate lifting and the ejection plate movement (backward and forward);

• Safety devices by UNI EN 1501-01 law, with emergency stop button, rescue button, special sheaths on hoses and safety valves;

• Rear footboards by UNI EN 1501-01 law completed with TVCC system, rear camera and monitor in cabin;

The front tipping tank is composed of:

• Side loading tipping tank, model VRP40TR completely welded for perfect water proof with:

• Bin lifter device with vertical movement with:

o Comb attack for simultaneously lifting of two bin of 120/240/360 liters and containers of 770/1100 liters with flat cover;

• Lifting device and tipping device controlled by special remote control;

• Hydraulic upper door with automatic and synchronized opening with side lifter;

• Hydraulic upper door with automatic and synchronized opening with side tipping

• Safety struts for maintenance and cleaning operations with raised tailgate;

• Electric and hydraulic system made with programmed PLC, engine PTO, pumps, distributors, safety valves and hydraulic cylinders, sensors, light indicators and limit switch by CEI EN 60529 law;

• One working lamp for night working;

• Special painting as requested;
